What are your rates and pricing structure?
To ensure consistency, I offer several packages that will suit most needs. These are not based on word count, as that’s not what makes great content. Instead, these packages are based on the value I provide and the results I know you’ll get. You can view my various packages here. Packages also include research and meeting time, unlimited revisions (within the scope of work) and last-minute content requirements.
Will our content sound like us?
Absolutely! As part of the onboarding process, there will be a short questionnaire to complete that asks about your tone of voice and brand guidelines. Then, during our 60-minute kick-off call, we’ll discuss these in more detail so I can be sure I capture exactly how you want to sound.
How do you help us achieve our marketing goals and business objectives?
Everything starts with understanding what success looks like for you. Are you looking to increase the number of people signing up for your service, build trust with potential clients, or position yourself as the go-to expert in your field? I’ll ask questions to get crystal clear on your goals, as this will shape everything we create together.
Think of me as a partner who’s as invested in your business growth as you are. I dig deep to understand your ideal customers – what keeps them up at night, what they’re hoping to achieve, and what might be holding them back from choosing you. This way, when I write, I speak directly to their needs while guiding them toward your solution.
Whether we’re crafting website copy, blog posts, or email sequences, each piece clearly has a role in moving your business forward. It’s not just about making things sound good (though that’s definitely important!). – it’s about creating content that actively achieves your goals, whether that’s bringing in leads, closing sales, or building lasting relationships with your customers.

What level of input do you require from us?
Great question! I’ve found the most successful content comes from striking the right balance between tapping into your expertise and letting you focus on running your business.
In terms of time commitment, I aim to make this as streamlined as possible for you. We’ll start with a thorough kick-off session (usually about an hour) where I’ll ask targeted questions about your business, goals, and preferences. This initial deep dive helps me nail your voice and vision right from the start.
After that, I’ll need someone from your team (usually just one point person) to spend about 15-20 minutes reviewing each piece of content and providing feedback. Some clients like to be heavily involved in the process, while others prefer to be hands-off – we can adapt to whatever works best for you.
What I don’t need is tons of meetings or constant back-and-forth. My job is to make your life easier, not add to your to-do list! I’ll handle the heavy lifting of research, writing, and revisions; just checking in with you at key points to make sure we’re on track.
Think of me as an extension of your team. I’ll keep things moving while respecting your time and energy.
